Privacy Policy
How personal data received through finstar.org.ua and the request form is processed.

1. Who controls the data
The owner and controller of the finstar.org.ua website is Sole Proprietor O.V. Nechyporenko (Ukraine). For questions about the processing of personal data, write to info@finstar.org.ua.
2. What data we receive
We do not collect personal data until you send it yourself. When you fill in the request form, you provide the data you enter in the fields — usually your name, email address and message. The form requires no other fields.
3. Why we use it
The data is used solely to handle your request and send a reply. We do not build advertising profiles from it and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
4. Who may access the data
The form is technically processed by Google (Google Apps Script), and the reply and a copy of the request arrive in our mailbox and a protected Google spreadsheet. These services act as data processors on our behalf. We do not publish your requests or pass them to anyone else, except where the law of Ukraine directly requires it.
5. Cookies and tracking
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers. For the interface to work, the browser may temporarily keep technical values in sessionStorage — they never leave your device and disappear once the tab is closed.
6. How long we keep the data
Requests are kept for as long as needed for correspondence and further cooperation. You can ask us to delete your data by writing to our mailbox.
7. Your rights
You have the right to know what data of yours we keep, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, write to info@finstar.org.ua.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page with its date.
